1. Eligibility Requirements: Referrals must be legitimate businesses (not individuals or early-stage startups) that operate in a B2B capacity and are based in eligible regions (see our criteria and black list for geographic requirements). We reserve the right to evaluate and potentially reject leads that do not align with our target profile.
2. Payment Trigger: โฌ100 will be paid when the referred company completes a discovery call with our team.
3. Referral Validity Duration: Each referral remains active for 30 days after submission. If the referred company does not engage in a discovery call within this timeframe, the referral may be reassigned or considered inactive.
4. Duplicate Handling: If multiple partners refer the same company, only the first verifiable and complete submission will be eligible for payment. Timestamp of submission will determine priority.
5. Timeline: Payment will be processed within 30 days of a successful discovery call completion.
6. Communication Requirements: If we require additional context or clarification from you and receive no response within 5 business days, the referral may be placed on hold until we receive the requested information.
7. Information Accuracy: We may contact you for additional details about your referral to ensure quality and accuracy.
8. Privacy & Data: Your information will be handled according to our privacy policy and data protection standards.
9. Program Changes: These terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be communicated to active referral partners.
